The Joto Shim Plate will provide level adjustment for concrete foundation, sill plate, or stem walls. This will adjust height of the wall panels safely and efficiently. In addition, this Shim Plate can also be used safely for height adjustment in slab-on-grade applications.
Built-In Hook and Easy Snap-Cut Design
When used with the Joto-Vent System, the Shim Plate includes a lateral-slip prevention hook that keeps it securely in place. It also features notches designed for easy manual snapping, allowing installers to quickly size it down to 1-3/4" x 3-1/2" by hand.
