Joto-Vent System® complies with 2022 California Building Code, and 2022 California Residential Code.
Joto-Vent System®, ESR-4161 complies with 2022 CBC Chapter 12, and 2022 CRC Chapter 4 and some of the Joto-Vent products* may be used in the exterior design and construction of new buildings located in a Fire-Hazard Severity Zone within State Responsibility areas or any Wildland-Urban Interface Fire area.
City of Los Angeles also evaluated for compliance.
ICC-ES evaluation report ESR-4161 has also been evaluated for compliance with the 2023 City of Los Angeles Building Code (LABC) and 2023 City of Los Angeles Residential Code (LARC) as adopted by the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS). Some of the Joto-Vent System components* may be used in the exterior design and construction of new buildings located in a Fire Hazard Severity Zone within State Responsibility Areas or any Wildland-Urban Interface Fire Area, noted in the evaluation report and the additional requirements of LABC and LARC Sections.
