Joto-Vent System USA®, Inc. is the U.S. subsidiary of Joto Techno Co., Ltd., a leading Japanese building manufacturer with over 65 years of history. Joto Techno develops, manufactures, and sells high-performance building materials for single-family homes.
Established in 2017, our U.S. office brings Japan’s proven building construction technologies to the Pacific Northwest, where we continue to collaborate with local builders, architects, and engineers to improve crawl space performance and building durability.
In Japan, Joto Techno’s foundation vent system – known as Joto-Vent System® – has become the national standard, adopted in over 90% of new homes and more than 6 million houses in total. Building on that success, we have achieved over 300 installations in the U.S. by 2025 and are beginning to gain recognition and adoption from major regional builders.
Our mission is to combine Japanese precision and reliability with American construction expertise, delivering solutions that enhance durability, comfort, and sustainability in residential buildings.
We are also deeply committed to the environment: all our key components are made from recycled materials, reflecting our corporate philosophy – “Building homes that last for generations.”
